  1  1    Amend House File 519, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 22, by inserting before line 31 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  This section shall not require a person to
  1  6 submit a manure management plan for an animal feeding
  1  7 operation which has an animal weight capacity of one
  1  8 hundred thousand pounds or less."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
