  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3484, to House File 519, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 44 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  By striking page 19, line 34, through page
  1  7 20, line 10.
  1  8    #   .  Page 20, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "operation at any time
  1 10 during normal working hours.  The department shall
  1 11 regularly"."
