  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-3989, to House File
  1  2 486, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 6 through 12 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 65, by striking lines 13 through 15
  1  7 and inserting the following:  "exempt from section
  1  8 566A.2D.  Political subdivisions of the state which
  1  9 are counties are exempt from this chapter.  Political
  1 10 subdivisions of the state other than counties are
  1 11 subject only to sections 566A.1A, 566A.2A, 566A.2B,
  1 12 and 566A.2E."
