  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3484, to House File 519, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 11, by striking lines 4 and 5 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 15, by striking lines 34 and 35, and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "as described in this
  1  8 subsection.  To be considered a violation that is
  1  9 applicable to a habitual violator determination, a
  1 10 violation must have been committed prior to the
  1 11 effective date of this Act and be subject to an action
  1 12 which is pending on the effective date of this Act, or
  1 13 the violation must be committed on or after the
  1 14 effective date of this Act.  In addition, each
  1 15 violation must be subject to the assessment"."
  1 16    #2.  Page 11, line 8, by striking the word
  1 17 "violation," and inserting the following:  "violation
  1 18 provided in this subsection,".
