  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3484, as amended, passed,
  1  2 and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "permit." the following:  "However, the sixty-day
  1  5 requirement shall not apply to an application, if the
  1  6 applicant is not required to obtain a permit in order
  1  7 to construct an animal feeding operation structure or
  1  8 to operate an animal feeding operation."
