  1  1    Amend Senate File 482 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 50, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  A person receiving more than ten thousand
  1  5 dollars in cash in any single transaction, which is
  1  6 not otherwise subject to a reporting requirement,
  1  7 shall complete and forward to the department of public
  1  8 safety within ten days of the transaction a report of
  1  9 private currency transaction.  The report shall be on
  1 10 a form prescribed by the department and shall include
  1 11 the date of the transaction and the name and address
  1 12 of the person providing the cash.  A person who
  1 13 knowingly violates this subsection commits a serious
  1 14 misdemeanor."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering and correcting internal
  1 16 references as necessary.
