  1  1    Amend House File 247, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 507B.4, subsection 7, Code
  1  6 1995, is amended by adding the following new
  1  7 paragraph:
  1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  c.  Making or permitting any
  1  9 discrimination in the sale of insurance solely on the
  1 10 basis of domestic abuse as defined in section 236.2."
  1 11    #2.  Renumber as necessary.
