  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 21 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "the combined stock of the
  1  4 family farm corporation owned by a designated person
  1  5 as defined in paragraph "a" is equal to at least
  1  6 fifty-one".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 25 and 26 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "owned by a designated
  1  9 person as defined in paragraph "a" is equal to at
  1 10 least".
