  1  1    Amend Senate File 477 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "member." the following:  "All appointments shall be
  1  4 approved by the legislative council."
  1  5    #2.  Page 8, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  2.74  ABOLISHMENT OF
  1  8 COMMITTEE.
  1  9    Sections 2.71 through 2.73 and this section are
  1 10 repealed on July 1, 1999."
  1 11    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "committee," the following:  "providing for the
  1 13 abolishment of the committee,".
  1 14    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
