  1  1    Amend Senate File 477 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 through 20 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "of committee members from
  1  4 each house.  Members shall be appointed and serve for
  1  5 terms beginning upon the convening of the first
  1  6 session of each general assembly, except that the
  1  7 initial members may be appointed after the convening
  1  8 of the first session of the Seventy-sixth General
  1  9 Assembly."
  1 10    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 30 through 33 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "legislative council each
  1 12 year as provided by the legislative council, for
  1 13 approval or amendment by the legislative council for
  1 14 the following year."
