  1  2    #1.  Page 7, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "regarding" the following:  "actual and proposed
  1  4 project".
  1  5    #2.  Page 10, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Of the total appropriation in this section, up to
  1  8 $2,400,000 may be used for fire and environmental
  1  9 safety improvements for the department of corrections'
  1 10 and the department of human services' institutions."
