  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3436, to House File 553, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 24 the fol-
  1  4 lowing:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 331.427, subsection 2, Code
  1  6 1995, is amended by adding the following new
  1  7 paragraph:
  1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  m.  Closure and postclosure care of
  1  9 a sanitary disposal project under section 455B.302."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
