  1  1    Amend Senate File 481 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                      "ROAD USE TAX FUND
  1  5    Sec.    .  There is appropriated from the rebuild
  1  6 Iowa infrastructure account of the state to the road
  1  7 use tax fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  8 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, the following amount,
  1  9 to be distributed in accordance with section 312.2:  
  1 10 .................................................. $ 10,000,000
  1 11    Notwithstanding section 8.33, funds appropriated
  1 12 under this section shall not revert to the rebuild
  1 13 Iowa infrastructure account of the state, but shall
  1 14 remain available until expended."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
