  1  1    Amend Senate File 439, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 16 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "2.  A person who telephones an emergency 911
  1  6 communications".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "who" the following:  "knowingly".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "information" the following:  "to a law enforcement
  1 11 officer who enters the information".
