  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 3, by striking the figure
  1  4 "306C.11A" and inserting the following:  "306D.4".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 8, by striking the figure
  1  6 "306C.11A" and inserting the following:  "306D.4".
  1  7    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 10 through 14 and
  1  8 inserting the following:
  1  9    "The department of transportation shall have the
  1 10 authority to adopt rules to control the erection of
  1 11 new advertising devices on a highway designated as a
  1 12 scenic highway or scenic byway in order to comply with
  1 13 federal requirements concerning the implementation of
  1 14 a scenic byways program."
