  1  1    Amend House File 514, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 321.34, subsection 10, Code
  1  6 1995, is amended by adding the following new
  1  7 paragraph:
  1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  Special plates issued pursuant
  1  9 to this subsection are not subject to the requirements
  1 10 of section 321.34, subsection 18, and section 321.166,
  1 11 subsections 5, 9, and 10, or the requirement to have
  1 12 the county name on the special plate as provided in
  1 13 section 321.166, subsection 2."
  1 14    #2.  Page 8, by striking lines 3 through 23.
  1 15    #3.  Page 12, line 18, by striking the figure "10"
  1 16 and inserting the following:  "9".
  1 17    #4.  Page 12, line 21, by striking the figure "10"
  1 18 and inserting the following:  "9".
  1 19    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
