  1  1    Amend Senate File 344 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "3.  The state shall reimburse a city for any
  1  5 additional costs incurred as a result of compliance
  1  6 with this section.  The director of revenue and
  1  7 finance shall pay the additional costs upon receipt of
  1  8 a certified claim from funds appropriated for that
  1  9 purpose."
