  1  1    Amend Senate File 464 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 9 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "amounts quarterly to the
  1  4 county treasurer for use by the county attorney in
  1  5 providing legal assistance to pro se plaintiffs in
  1  6 domestic abuse actions under section 236.3 or in
  1  7 contempt actions under section 236.8."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, lines 2 and 3, by striking the
  1  9 words "community grant fund" and inserting the
  1 10 following:  "use by county attorneys in certain
  1 11 domestic abuse actions".
