  1  1    Amend Senate File 466 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 14 through 22 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "partment of revenue and
  1  4 finance.  There is appropriated in each of the
  1  5 following fiscal years from the general fund of the
  1  6 state to the machinery, equipment and computers
  1  7 investment reimbursement fund the following amounts to
  1  8 be used to pay property tax reimbursement claims filed
  1  9 pursuant to this section:
  1 10    a.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996,
  1 11 eight million, one hundred thousand dollars.
  1 12    b.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997,
  1 13 fifteen million, two hundred thousand dollars.
  1 14    c.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998,
  1 15 twenty-one million, one hundred thousand dollars.
  1 16    d.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999,
  1 17 twenty-three million, four hundred thousand dollars.
  1 18    e.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
  1 19 twenty-one million, one hundred thousand dollars.
  1 20    f.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001,
  1 21 eighteen million, one hundred thousand dollars.
  1 22    g.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002,
  1 23 twenty-four million dollars.
  1 24    h.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003,
  1 25 twenty-five million, six hundred thousand dollars.
  1 26    i.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
  1 27 twenty million, four hundred thousand dollars.
  1 28    j.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005,
  1 29 fourteen million, five hundred thousand dollars."
  1 30    #2.  Page 3, line 28, by inserting after the figure
  1 31 "1997" the following:  ", and on or before January 1
  1 32 of each subsequent fiscal year".
  1 33    #3.  Page 4, line 7, by inserting after the figure
  1 34 "1997," the following:  "and by June 1 of each
  1 35 subsequent fiscal year,".
  1 36    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
