  1  1    Amend Senate File 463 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "In establishing the community voice mail program,
  1  5 all of the following shall apply:
  1  6    (1)  A homeless or emergency shelter shall be
  1  7 provided the service for three months with an
  1  8 extension for an additional three months.
  1  9    (2)  The primary use of the voice mail shall be
  1 10 employment and emergency-related.
  1 11    (3)  Messages on voice mail may be monitored at
  1 12 anytime without prior notice or approval.
  1 13    (4)  The service shall be terminated at the shelter
  1 14 if any illegal activity occurs there.  Once service
  1 15 has been terminated, it shall not be reinstated."
