  1  1    Amend Senate File 291 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 10 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "be required to offer hours and days of
  1  4 service to the public equal to or greater than the
  1  5 hours and days of service provided by the state
  1  6 department of transportation in the designated county
  1  7 immediately prior to the start of the county's
  1  8 provision of the service."
