  1  1    Amend Senate File 404 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 19 through 21 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "may use landfill
  1  4 alternative financial assistance moneys under section
  1  5 455E.11 to provide incentives with the goal of
  1  6 locating an end manufacturer or processor for crushed
  1  7 recycled glass in a central location within".
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "as
  1  9 mandatory deposit beverages" and inserting the
  1 10 following:  "from the definition of beverage in the
  1 11 mandatory beverage container deposit law".
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 3, by striking the word
  1 13 "grant" and inserting the following:  "financial
  1 14 assistance".
