  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3271, to House File 132, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, lines 14 and 15, by striking the words
  1  5 "April 14, 1995" and inserting the following:
  1  6 "January 15, 1996".
  1  7    #2.  Page 3, lines 24 and 25, by striking the words
  1  8 and figure "in an amount not to exceed $36,000,000"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "to finance the
  1 10 construction of the facility".
