  1  1    Amend Senate File 181 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 4 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 422.45, Code 1995, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  38A.  The gross receipts from the
  1  7 sale or rental of".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, lines 16 and 17, by striking the words
  1  9 "this amendment to".
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, line 17, by striking the figure "38"
  1 11 and inserting the following:  "38A".
