  1  1    Amend Senate File 459 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 31 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "11.  If Senate File 410 or similar legislation is
  1  5 enacted into law by the Seventy-sixth General
  1  6 Assembly, 1995 Regular Session, which establishes a
  1  7 health education and advocacy program in the
  1  8 department of justice, then, in addition to the funds
  1  9 appropriated in subsection 1, there is appropriated
  1 10 from the general fund of the state to the department
  1 11 of justice for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995,
  1 12 and ending June 30, 1996, the following amount, or so
  1 13 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
  1 14 purpose designated:
  1 15    For a health education and advocacy program:  
  1 16 .................................................. $    200,000".
