1 17 sixty-five years of age or older

1 19 Sec. 3. Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code 1995,
1 20 is amended to read as follows:
1 21 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 22 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided ..
1 23 $ 23.50
1 24 b. Lifetime license for residents permanently
1 25 disabled or sixty-five years of age or older
1 26 ..................... $ 50.00".
1 27 #2. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 28 word "Act" the following: "relating to hunting,
1 29 fishing, and fur harvesting activities by providing
1 30 for lifetime hunting, fishing, and combined hunting
1 31 and fishing licenses and fees, and by".
1 32 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
