1 2 #1. Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
1 3 "operation." the following: "This subsection applies
1 4 only to sales, rentals, and services in counties with
1 5 populations of twenty thousand or less."
1 6 #2. Page 1, line 19, by striking the figure
1 7 "1995." and inserting the following: "1995 and shall
1 8 be limited to twenty-five thousand dollars in the
1 9 aggregate, notwithstanding any other provision of law.
1 10 If the amount of claims totals more than twenty-five
1 11 thousand dollars in the aggregate, the department of
1 12 revenue and finance shall prorate the twenty-five
1 13 thousand dollars among all claimants in relation to
1 14 the amounts of the claimants' valid claims."
1 15 #3. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 16 word "aircraft" the following: ", limiting the amount
1 17 of refunds,".
