  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "sale." the following:  "A bona fide clearance sale
  1  4 shall include only inventory product possessed at the
  1  5 commencement of the sale and the same product shall
  1  6 not be purchased by the licensee for one year after
  1  7 the conclusion of the sale."
