  1  3 inserting the following:  "has terminated all
  1  4 employment covered under the chapter or formerly
  1  5 covered under the chapter pursuant to section 97B.42."
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "chapter" the following:  "or formerly covered under
  1  8 the chapter pursuant to section 97B.42".
