1 2 #1. Page 4, line 29, by inserting after the figure
1 3 "321L.8." the following: "If the person is applying
1 4 for a temporary handicapped permit, the physician's or
1 5 chiropractor's statement shall state the period of
1 6 time during which the person is expected to be
1 7 handicapped and the period of time for which the
1 8 permit should be issued, not to exceed three months."
1 9 #2. Page 5, line 19, by striking the words "six
1 10 months" and inserting the following: "up to three
1 11 months, as determined by the physician's or
1 12 chiropractor's statement under this subsection,".
1 13 #3. Page 5, line 27, by striking the word "six-
1 14 month" and inserting the following: "subsequent".
