1 7 appropriated to the".
1 8 #2. Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
1 9 "including" the following: "workers' compensation
1 10 expenses and".
1 11 #3. Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the

1 13 "2. Sufficient moneys for the division of highway
1 14 safety, uniformed force, and radio communications of
1 15 the department of public safety shall be appropriated
1 16 for salary adjustment moneys."
1 17 #4. Page 1, by striking lines 19 and 20 and
1 18 inserting the following:
1 19 "3. Any revenues remaining shall be credited to
1 20 the primary road fund created under section 313.3 to
1 21 be used for the development and improvement of the
1 22 commercial and industrial highway network under
