  1  1    Amend Senate File 53 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 30 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  ""conviction" means a conviction for an
  1  4 indictable offense and includes a guilty plea,
  1  5 deferred judgment from the time of entry of the
  1  6 deferred judgment until the time the defendant is
  1  7 discharged by the court without entry of judgment,
  1  8 or".
  1  9    #2.  Page 3, by striking line 24 and inserting the
  1 10 following:  ""conviction" means a conviction for an
  1 11 indictable offense and includes a guilty plea,
  1 12 deferred judgment from the time of entry of the
  1 13 deferred judgment until the time the defendant is
  1 14 discharged by the court without entry of judgment,
  1 15 or".
