1 8 "difference." the following: "For the budget year

1 10 the general fund of the state to the department of
1 11 education an amount sufficient to pay, as state
1 12 supplementary aid, to those school districts the
1 13 additional adjustment amounts added to their budgets
1 14 as a result of the increasing from a one hundred
1 15 percent budget guarantee to a one hundred one percent
1 16 budget guarantee."
