  1  1    Amend Senate File 93 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  Notwithstanding sections 232.147 through
  1  5 232.151, records concerning convictions for criminal
  1  6 offenses against a minor or sexually violent offenses
  1  7 which are committed by a minor may be released in the
  1  8 same manner as records of convictions of adults."
  1  9    #2.  By numbering, renumbering, and correcting
  1 10 internal references as necessary.
