  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3043, to Senate File 93 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 7, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "4.  The fees required by this section shall not be
  1  8 assessed against a person who has been acquitted by
  1  9 reason of insanity of the offense which requires
  1 10 registration under this chapter.""
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
