  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3043, to Senate File 93, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 9 through 14.
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "appropriate" the following:  "and a requirement that
  1  6 if a member of the general public requests information
  1  7 regarding a specific individual in the manner provided
  1  8 in section 692A.13, subsection 6, the information
  1  9 shall be released".
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "agency" the following:  "may".
  1 12    #4.  Page 2, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "sheriff" the following:  "shall".
