  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 5 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 13 through 15 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "12.  STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.  Members and
  1  5 employees of the senate shall comply with the
  1  6 requirements contained in chapters 68B (Conflicts of
  1  7 Interest of Public Officers and Employees), 721
  1  8 (Official Misconduct), and 722 (Bribery and
  1  9 Corruption), and sections 2.18 (Contempt), and 711.4
  1 10 (Extortion) of the Code."
