  1  1    Amend Senate File 58 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "(__)  An improvement to real property for the use
  1  5 and benefit of the public which affects the fair
  1  6 market value of private property, including but not
  1  7 limited to the construction or erection of
  1  8 infrastructure such as a highway or a public facility
  1  9 such as a sanitary landfill, infectious waste disposal
  1 10 facility, sewage treatment plant, or hospital."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
