  1  1    Section 1.  1991 Iowa Acts, chapter 169, section 9, is
  1  2 repealed.
  1  3    Sec. 2.  This Act, being deemed of immediate importance,
  1  4 takes effect upon enactment.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill repeals the section of the 1991 Iowa Acts which
  1  7 provided for the repeal of the prevention of disabilities
  1  8 chapter of the Code, chapter 225B, effective June 30, 1996.
  1  9 The chapter includes establishment of the prevention of
  1 10 disabilities policy council and the technical assistance
  1 11 committee to the council.
  1 12    The bill takes effect upon enactment.
