  1  1    Section 1.  Section 228.9, Code 1995, is repealed.  
  1  2                           EXPLANATION
  1  3    This bill repeals the section of the Code which relates to
  1  4 disclosure of psychological test material.  Section 228.9
  1  5 currently prohibits the disclosure of this information to any
  1  6 person, including the individual who is the subject of the
  1  7 test.  However, section 228.9 further provides that the
  1  8 subject of the test may request that the material be disclosed
  1  9 to a licensed psychologist designated by the subject of the
  1 10 test if the request is in writing and meets certain
  1 11 requirements.
