1 3 1. Is in the district for the purpose of making a home
1 4 with a parent, guardian, or legal custodian and not solely for

1 6 EXPLANATION
1 7 This bill provides that a child who is in the district for
1 8 the purpose of making a home with a parent, guardian, or legal
1 9 custodian is considered a resident for school attendance
1 10 purposes.
