1 6 Sec. 2. Section 483A.1, subsection 2, Code 1995, is
1 7 amended by adding the following new lettered paragraph:
1 8 NEW LETTERED PARAGRAPH. g. Lifetime hunting license for
1 9 legal residents permanently disabled or sixty-five years of
1 10 age or older ......................................... $ 25.00
1 11 Sec. 3. Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code 1995, is
1 12 amended to read as follows:
1 13 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 14 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided .. $ 23.50
1 15 b. Lifetime license for residents permanently disabled or
1 16 sixty-five years of age or older ..................... $ 50.00
1 17 EXPLANATION
1 18 This bill establishes a lifetime fishing license, a
1 19 lifetime hunting license, and a combined lifetime hunting and
1 20 fishing license for permanently disabled residents and for
1 21 residents who are 65 years of age or older. The fees for the
1 22 lifetime licenses are $25.00 for fishing, $25.00 for hunting,
1 23 and $50.00 for the combined hunting and fishing.
