  1  1    Section 1.  Section 153.14, Code 1995, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  4.  Dentists and dental hygienists who are
  1  4 licensed in another state and who are active or reserve
  1  5 members of the United States military service when acting in
  1  6 the line of duty in this state.  
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This bill adds dentists and dental hygienists who are
  1  9 licensed in another state and who are acting in the line of
  1 10 duty as members of the United States military service to the
  1 11 list of those individuals exempt from licensing by the board
  1 12 of dental examiners.
