1 2 amended to read as follows:
1 3 2. A defendant appealing a conviction of a class "A"
1 4 felony, murder, felonious assault, felonious child
1 5 endangerment, sexual abuse in the second degree, sexual abuse
1 6 in the third degree, kidnapping, robbery in the first degree,
1 7 arson in the first degree, or burglary in the first degree, or
1 8 any felony included in section 124.401, subsection 1,
1 9 paragraph "a".
1 10 EXPLANATION
1 11 This bill includes felonious child endangerment in the
1 12 listing of nonbailable offenses at the time the defendant is
1 13 appealing a conviction of the offense.
