  1  1    Amend Senate File 2206, as passed by the Senate, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 28 and 29 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "owner or trainer of the
  1  5 horse under the visual supervision of the commission
  1  6 veterinarian.  The commission shall adopt rules".
