  1  4    #1.  Page 7, line 48, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "funds." the following:  "Subject to the requirements
  1  6 of this subsection, funds may be used in the manner
  1  7 set forth in an agreement entered into under chapter
  1  8 28E."
