  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "buildings." the following:  "The plan shall be
  1  5 designed so that capacity savings reduce peak load in
  1  6 order to delay or eliminate the need for future
  1  7 electric generating units or purchase power contracts
  1  8 or the imposition of future peak day natural gas
  1  9 requirements."
  1 10    #2.  Page 4, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "buildings." the following:  "The plan shall be
  1 12 designed so that energy savings reduce electric or
  1 13 natural gas energy consumption or reduce the growth in
  1 14 such energy consumption."
