  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  RATE INCREASE MORATORIUM.  The Iowa
  1  6 utilities board shall not approve a rate increase for
  1  7 a gas or electric utility subject to rate regulation
  1  8 under chapter 476, for at least one year from the date
  1  9 of the enactment of this Act."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
