  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5896, to Senate File 2464,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 27, by striking the word "Twenty"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "Sixty".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 32 through 34 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "b.  Forty percent of the receipts shall be
  1  9 transferred to the Iowa finance".
