1 2 #1. Page 2, line 22, by inserting after the word
1 3 "or" the following: "to commercial operations which
1 4 are swine confinement feeding operations".
1 5 #2. Page 2, by striking line 27 and inserting the
1 6 following: "pursuant to this chapter which apply to
1 7 commercial operations that are confinement feeding
1 8 operations in which swine are confined and fed. A
1 9 swine confinement feeding operation is not a
1 10 commercial operation subject to regulation under this
1 11 chapter, if any of the following is applicable:
1 12 a. Less than three thousand five hundred head of
1 13 swine are subject to care and feeding by the
1 14 confinement feeding operation.
1 15 b. The owner of the parcel of land where the
1 16 confinement feeding operation is located is qualified
1 17 to file for a homestead tax credit on that parcel.
1 18 The petition shall meet the".
1 19 #3. Page 3, by striking line 3 and inserting the
1 20 following: "as provided in this subsection."
